We can work with you to effectively manage the implementation and ensure that processes are legally compliant, with employees being supported throughout this difficult time.

For individuals moving into new roles (or leaving the organisation), we are able to provide them with 1:1 coaching support to help them make those transitions.

Case management

Given the complexity and sensitivity of grievances, particularly at a senior level, organisations often need an independent consultant to come in and act as ‘Investigating Officer’.  This role involves conducting a professional and comprehensive investigation by speaking to all relevant parties and then providing the organisation with a report including recommendations for action.
