CAREER BACKGROUND

Mandy had extensive experience leading and directing clinical services prior to moving into organisational development full time in 2001. She has worked on national change projects involving a wide range of professional groups and was the lead for workforce development at Leeds PCT. In 2008, Mandy left the NHS to work independently, but still retains strong links with the service and is an accredited coach with the Yorkshire & Humber Coaching register.
