TESTIMONIALS

"My coaching journey was a smooth transition from a scatty, random and all over the place individual to an calm, confident and independent senior leader that now knows how to use different strategies for managing the unpredictable and challenging nature of my role"

Kash Barlow, Group Transformation and Change Director, The Manchester College

"I can strongly recommend Louise’s approach to coaching and found her style to be very supportive but appropriately challenging. She helped me to consider different perspectives to managing complex issues. Louise has a thorough understanding of change management, together with effective tools and techniques to successfully manage complex change programmes. She has a wealth of experience from coaching a diverse range of senior staff and this allows her to adapt and tailor her approach to meet individual needs."

Adam Wardle, Managing Director, Health Education, Yorkshire and Humber.

"I found our meetings to be highly motivational. Louise is insightful, knowledgeable and pragmatic and I would highly recommend her for professionals either seeking to progress their career or to adapt their leadership approach and develop their strategic thinking following promotion"

Joanne King, Managing Director Appleyard Lees (Patent and Trade mark Attorneys)

"Louise was an extremely supportive and empathetic coach but challenging at the same time. She questioned my view of problems and issues and asked questions in an insightful way that usually resulted in me working out the problem for myself! Over time, Louise has helped my tap in to my own confidence and self-assurance, be aware of my strengths and skills and how to use them on a daily basis. I now am considerably more confident in working through issues myself and I know I have Louise to thank for that."

Tracey Preece, Director of Finance, NHS Vale of York CCG

"Louise is a skilled coach with high professional standards and with a broad spectrum of skills, which she implements to great effect to develop the coachee. My experience was life-changing and has enabled me to plan and prepare for my future both professionally and personally much more effectively."

Kathryn Dixon, Head of Health and Well being, Doncaster College of Further Education

"Louise’s coaching sessions combine a supportive but probing and open style of enquiry with an outcome orientated focus which enabled me to fully explore issues and ideas but then move to concrete actions with measurable outcomes. She was extremely able at demonstrating empathy and understanding of my role whilst enabling me to reconsider issues from a multiple of angles. Working with Louise I was able to instigate some simple but high impact changes to the way I approach elements of my role, which have been noted positively by others."

Sandra Dodson, Chair Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust

"I have worked with Louise over a number of years, and so she was my natural choice to deliver coach skills training to the leadership team at Sheffield Hallam Students’ Union. Louise developed an excellent two day training programme which was delivered to 14 Senior and Operational Managers. The workshops were a really good balance of the theory around coaching together with the opportunity to put this into practice with supervised coaching sessions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise for her coach training skills and expertise."

Gail Stephens, CEO Sheffield Hallam Student’s Union
